Just thought I would drop you a note to thank you once again for supplying such an excellent meal.  This is our fourth year having you cater the Christmas meal at our factory and as usual everything was excellent.  The food was delicious and plentiful as always.  I greatly appreciate your flexibility to our ever changing numbers and to supply this meal at such strange times as we continue to operate three shifts.  I do not know who else would be able to supply a fresh cooked turkey dinner with all the trimmings 3 times in a span of only 16 hours including one at 1:00 AM!
